Job Description:

Identify potential customers from various sources to generate sales leads.
Present and demonstrate company products, emphasizing their suitability for customer assembly services.
Prepare comprehensive customer documentation packages in collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and purchasing teams.
Assist in compiling materials pricing for quoting purposes.
Generate sales reports for the Sales & Marketing Manager, focusing on current and potential customers.
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing Manager to follow up on open quotes and document reasons for non-conversion.
Full-time position (40 hours per week) allowing flexibility to contribute to all business phases when required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Proficiency in MS Office suite.
Prior experience in sales support or related field preferred.
Willingness to adapt and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

**ERP is highly preferred. Millennium 3 or M3 software would be ideal.
