Key responsibilities include:
AR/AP with 3-6 years of bookkeeping experience.
Preparing monthly journal entries
Reconciliations
Assistance with tracking and reporting capital projects and fixed asset activity.
Billing and Invoicing.
Light Collections Work
Comfortable to learn payroll.

Key hire tips: Excellent communication skills with ability to juggle several tasks at once.
Ability to work in a casual, small office setting.

3-6 years of accounting experience

Preferred experience using Sage 100, along MS Office Suite.

Bachelors or AA in Finance or related field.
