We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Accounting Administrative Assistant to support our finance department. Position Overview:
As an Accounting Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our finance team with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in QuickBooks software. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience in accounting administration while contributing to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, including data entry and invoice processing.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in QuickBooks.
Prepare and process customer invoices and vendor payments.
Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting.
Provide administrative support to the finance team, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
Communicate with vendors and clients to address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a finance or accounting environment.
Proficiency in QuickBooks software is required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
