Immediate opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to work with a collaborative team. Candidate who is a self-starter and can learn quickly, maintains focus, works collaboratively in an agile environment, and has a proven track record in working on the front lines with customers. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience •At least 2 years of call center experience •Must have excellent problem solving, time management, and detail orientation skills •Must be able to work with little or no management intervention or instruction •Excellent verbal and written communication skills •Attention to detail •People-Oriented You Will: •Answer customer questions via our online communication tool and direct questions to the correct team member •Answer basic product questions •Help with post-sales issues •Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
