We are seeking a micro detail-oriented and hyper-organized Contracts Paralegal superstar to join our out of this world team. The objective of the selected candidate for this role is to take ownership of all contracting business, current and future, and create a scalable process for the drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, leveraging strong communication and keen analytical skills.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including vendor agreements, nondisclosure agreements, and employment contracts.
Manage contract databases and ensure all contracts are up-to-date and in compliance with contract and legal requirements.
Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues related to contracts.
Provide support in preparing and coordinating legal documents and responses.
Manage the billing process for legal services provided to clients, as needed.


Skill requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field.
2+ years of experience as a Contracts Paralegal.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter with strong ability to both work autonomously as well as
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management software.
