RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met.
Efficiently schedule appointments, deliveries, or services while optimizing routes and resources.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Communicate effectively with both customers and service providers to coordinate schedules.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven customer service experience.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in scheduling software or tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
