We are seeking dynamic and experienced leader for the position of Branch Manager at our Long Beach branch. As a Branch Manager, you will lead all aspects of our branch, overseeing operations, managing staff, and driving growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all areas of the branch, including Termite, Rodent, Pest Control, Insulation, Wood, Customer Service, Warranty Dept., and Sales.
Manage and mentor branch staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high levels of team performance.
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through quality service delivery and effective resolution of issues.
Drive branch operations in a safe and profitable manner, implementing cost control measures and identifying revenue opportunities.
Develop and execute strategies to increase productivity, enhance customer care, and drive sales growth.

Education and Experience Requirements:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Licensed Branch 2 & 3 Field Representative.
Strong knowledge of cost control and revenue opportunities within the industry.
Solid understanding of general business management principles and practices.
Minimum of 5 years of industry experience.
Valid California driver’s license and good driving record.
Pest Control/Termite License (Required)
Minimum 3 years of Industry management experience.
