HOA Community Manager

For this role, we are looking for an experienced HOA Manager.
Candidates must come with:

-Prior experience Community Management (HOA) Experience.
-Experience with budgets, financial, and general management operations.
-Strong Computer literacy and working knowledge of current technology, including social media.
-Strong leadership skills with high-level communication skills in verbal and non-verbal methods.
-Attention to detail and organization, punctual.
-Community Association Institute Designation (CMCA) required.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Meet with Associations onsite in the Temecula area, and within a 30 mile radius, as needed for projects and review.
- Willingness to manage and assist in special projects and community improvements.
- Manage all operations for a community association portfolio including single-family homes, condos, and PUDs.
- Work extensively with the Board of Directors, vendors, contractors, and homeowners within the various communities.
-Provide guidance and leadership with clients on best practices to manage their community and follow all applicable laws.
