Immediate need for an HR Generalist. The position can be in Orlando or Kissimmee, FL. The ideal candidate will possess 3 to 4 years of experience and have working knowledge of ADP.

Responsibilities:

Hire new employees, onboard them, process background checks, and provide them with new hire paperwork.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Recruitment activities & coordinating interviews.
Assist with employee relations matters, including investigations and conflict resolution.
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and eligibility verification.
Stay updated on HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Reviewing and editing documents for accuracy and completeness.
Performing administrative tasks such as copying, responding to emails, faxing, scanning, and filing.
