Responsibilities:

Prepare import shipments & documents.
Assist with business support tasks.
Coordinate shipments & customs clearance.
Liaise with carriers & facilities.
Perform filing & data entry.
Issue invoices & ensure timely payment.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer skills.
Familiarity with import/export desirable.
Strong communication skills.
Flexible schedule required.
