What your future looks like:

•Managing and motivating Sales team.
•Work alongside Sales Director and Buyer to market, promote, and educate both employees and customers.
•Maintain the highest standards of customer care.
•Utilize reporting system to track, analyze, and strategize business growth.
•Exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales expectations.
•Employees must possess an awareness of lifestyle and apparel trends, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to effectively lead and motivate a team.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in related field OR 2+ years of relevant work experience
Organized, detail oriented, analytical, adaptable, problem solver
Experience in leading a sales team preferred but not required
Strong awareness of relevant brands and products
Ability to thrive in high-energy, fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
