This is a great opportunity to leverage your skills in a unique legal setting! We are seeking a highly organized individual to join our team as a Legal Medical Records Specialist.

Responsibilities:
Assist the legal team by requesting, organizing, and composing electronic medical record files for legal documents and representation.

Compile, process, and maintain medical records for hospital and clinic patients, ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations (medical, administrative, ethical, legal).

Utilize your computer proficiency to organize and manage electronic files, with a focus on PDF and BlueBeam software.

Qualifications:

Extremely organized with a keen eye for detail.
Minimum 2 years of experience in medical records.
Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare practices a plus.
Proficiency in using computers and comfortable working with PDF/BlueBeam software.
