Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will have expertise in three-phase power systems, pneumatic controls, and Siemens PLC S7 programming. Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and troubleshoot three-phase power systems to ensure uninterrupted production operations.
Monitor and adjust pneumatic controls to optimize equipment performance and efficiency.
Program and maintain Siemens PLC S7 controllers to automate manufacturing processes and enhance productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure safety compliance.
Document maintenance activities, including repairs, upgrades, and modifications, for future reference.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in working with three-phase power systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
Strong understanding of pneumatic controls and their application in industrial settings.
Demonstrated expertise in programming and troubleshooting Siemens PLC S7 controllers.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to manufacturing operations.
Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with colleagues at all levels.
