Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, capable of multitasking, and thrives in a collaborative team environment. As a Senior Programmer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, testing, developing, and implementing new software products and enhancements to existing ones. This position involves mentoring junior team members and leading by example.

Basic Qualifications:

? 4+ years of professional software development experience
? 3+ years of programming experience with C# and object-oriented design
? 2+ years of experience contributing to system architecture and design
? 2+ years of experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team
? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Additional Desired Requirements:
? Proficient in Database Design and XML Schema
? Experience with cloud computing design, Web-Based, and SaaS development ? solutions
? Windows-based application development experience
? Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Microsoft .NET
? Proficiency in C#, VB .NET, JQuery, Java, XML, JSON
? Knowledge of industry-standard development practices
? Exposure to post-launch ongoing product development and delivery
? Strong stakeholder engagement skills
? Experience with automation testing frameworks
? Ability to write clean and testable code
? Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
