Job Description: As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading and growing our DFW market to new heights of success. You will oversee all aspects of branch operations, with a primary focus on new account development and client satisfaction.

Your duties will include:
• Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
• Leading and motivating a team of recruiters and sales professionals to exceed performance goals.
• Cultivating relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Conducting sales meetings, performance reviews, providing ongoing coaching, training, motivation and inspiration to team members.
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, new relationship development, recruitment, and branch management, preferably within the staffing industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Must be located in the DFW area.
