Job Title: Scrum Master - Wealth and Investment Team
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid Schedule)
Duration: 18-Month Contract (Possible Conversion to Full-Time)
Pay: $48.53 per hour

Join a dynamic team within the Wealth and Investment industry, where innovation and collaboration drive success. Our Fortune 500 banking client is seeking a Scrum Master to lead their Agile transformation within the Wealth and Investment Team.

Responsibilities:
• Lead Agile transformation within the Wealth and Investment Team.
• Facilitate Agile processes for self-contained Scrum teams.
• Remove impediments to team agility and ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with discipline managers to address governance concerns.
• Communicate delivery of work products and escalate key risks and issues.

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of Practical Agile or Scrum Master experience.
• Agile Scrum (CSM), SAFE certifications, or advanced Agile certifications.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
