Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

| This questions always makes my hands sweat, face turn read, and my heart pound. I can't say, " Well sir, if I don't get this job I will be very late on a lot of bills, depressed, and worthless" So what would be an appropriate answer to this question? |

| I believe what he is trying to say is that 'secretarial work' is not what he desires to do. It is a very important job overall, but may not be as important to do to each individual. I can understand because I have had to take jobs that were not my dream job, or what I went to school for and its frustrating. You go to school thinking that you are doing the right thing to be successful - but then it seems not good enough for the career you went to school for. That just doesn't make sense. |
