We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for processing accounts payable for multiple properties in alignment with company policies and procedures. Ideal candidates will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities: Process invoices for vendors and loan payments. Prepare and review monthly utility checklists and entries. Reconcile vendor and bank statements to ensure accurate payments and credits. Maintain detailed property files for paid invoices, loan payments, resident refunds, and more. Assist with monthly close-outs and month-end financial reporting.

Qualifications: High school diploma required, AA preferred. 6 months to 1 year of accounts payable experience. Proficient in Excel (workbooks, formulas). Strong data entry skills (including 10-key). Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Must be able to work onsite (no remote or hybrid options). Must pass a background check and sign a voluntary drug testing agreement. Valid driver's license required.
