Position: Accounts Receivable / Collections
Pay: $21 per hour
Location: West Valley City, UT
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Key Responsibilities:
Process incoming payments and maintain accurate A/R records
Prepare and distribute invoices
Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies
Generate reports and maintain documentation
Communicate with clients regarding past-due accounts and billing issues
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in A/R or general accounting
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Ariba or Coupa is a plus
Strong communication and customer service skills
