We are excited to partner with a reputable client in search of an Accounts Receivable/Collections Clerk to join their team! This is a full-time, onsite position located in Wellington, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of QuickBooks Online and previous experience in accounts receivable and collections.
Position Details:
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Location: Onsite Wellington
Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and posting payments
Perform collections activities, including contacting clients regarding overdue payments, following up on payment plans, and resolving discrepancies
Maintain and update QuickBooks Online with accurate financial data
Generate aging reports and track the status of outstanding receivables
Reconcile customer accounts and handle any discrepancies or disputes
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate billing and customer account management
Assist in month-end closing processes related to AR
Ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions
Requirements:
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is a must
Previous experience in accounts receivable and collections is required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
