Seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Accounts Payable and general ledger.


ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
* Strong understanding of debits and credits in financial transactions.
* Experience with ADT Workforce Now software.
* Strong knowledge of Purchase Order (PO) processes, including creation and entry.


HUGE PLUS, BUT NOT A MUST:
* Bilingual Spanish.


ROLE DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
* Processing payroll.
* Collaborating with other staff to manage check payments.
* Processing and managing accounts payable transactions.
* Assisting in month-end close processes and any additional role related duties, as needed.
