Seeking a highly organized Accounts Receivable Specialist with at least 2 years of experience supporting corporate accounting department.


ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
* An associates or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
* Strong computer skills for data entry and eagerness to learn new programs.
* Excellent math skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
* Basic bookkeeping and accounting software experience.

HUGE PLUS, BUT NOT A MUST:
* Bilingual Spanish or Mandarin.


ROLE DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
* Preparing, posting, verifying and recording customer's accounts payable transactions.
* Preparing and processing bank deposits via electronic transfer.
* Communicating with department manager to address discrepancies in financial data.
* Creating and distributing monthly reporting for Credit Memo transactions.
