Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Project Manager to lead and coordinate artificial intelligence projects from conception to deployment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI technologies, project management methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration. You will be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring the successful delivery of AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
Team Coordination: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Budget & Resource Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource utilization.
Performance Monitoring: Track project progress, manage KPIs, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating AI concepts into actionable insights.
Compliance & Ethics: Ensure AI solutions align with ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and industry best practices.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with AI trends and project management methodologies to optimize workflows.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 3-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in AI, machine learning, or data-driven projects.

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of AI/ML concepts, data science workflows, cloud computing, and AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Project Management Skills: Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
Tools & Software: Experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.

Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in AI-driven product development.
Knowledge of data privacy laws like GDPR, CCPA, etc.
Familiarity with MLOps and AI deployment strategies.
