In this role, you'll collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to ensure AI solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead AI/ML projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business leaders, to define project scope and objectives.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and risks while maintaining high-quality standards.
Ensure ethical AI practices by aligning projects with fairness, transparency, and regulatory guidelines.
Monitor project performance, analyze outcomes, and implement continuous improvements.
Communicate progress and results to stakeholders in technical and non-technical terms.
Stay updated on AI trends and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
3+ years of project management experience in AI/ML, data science, or software development.
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, model lifecycle, and deployment processes.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello) and Agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
PMP, Agile, or similar certification is a plus.
