We are seeking candidates with at least 3-5 years of most recent experience at a construction office environment with AP/AR billing experience. Position Details:
Salary: $52,000- 62,400/year (based on experience)
Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: In Office and not remote

Job Responsibilities:
• All facets of Construction Billing, e.g. Progressive Billing, Payment Applications, Waivers/ Lien Releases
• Verifying contractual compliance- reviewing contract to assure setup is accurate and generate specific reports for project management
• Assist with day-to-day processes and help to implement new policies and procedures
• Locate, monitor and notify customers of overdue accounts

Skills and Abilities:
• Proficient with minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting or construction office environments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel
• Experience using construction billing forms/software and editing documents
