This AP/AR Clerk Position Features:
The Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable position is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reconciling AR accounts weekly/monthly and providing required aging reports to manage management principles and experience with financial transactions.
DUTIES
Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices.
Enter new car inventory
Service contract/product submissions and cancellations.
Schedule reconciliation.
Reconcile AR accounting schedules, resolve discrepancies, make necessary journal entries, and create reports
Prepare monthly statements and send them to customers
Matching invoices/Reconciling vendor statements
Entering invoices into the system and posting for payment
Maintain all vendor files
Update and create various Excel spreadsheets
Filing of invoices
Must be able to follow precise deadlines
Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
Other duties as assigned
Required Skills
Knowledge of accounting principles
Experience with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
Ability to perform account reconciliations
