We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team!
In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the financial transactions for our company, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of both payables and receivables.
What You’ll Do: Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions. Reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and payment records to ensure accuracy. Maintain accurate records of all AP and AR transactions. Prepare and send invoices to customers and follow up on overdue payments. Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting and reconciliations. Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve any billing issues or discrepancies. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in an AP/AR or accounting role (1-2 years preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, etc.) is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Professional and reliable work ethic.
