AP Specialist | Pay up to $58K
Are you detail-oriented and experienced in high-volume Accounts Payable (AP) processing? We are seeking a dedicated AP Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for data entry of over 100 invoices per week into our ERP software, managing purchase orders, and working with more than 50 vendors. You will also handle AP aging reports and perform regular check runs. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for accuracy, we would love to hear from you!

• Competitive Salary with a base pay of $40K - $52K per year.

Keys to Success:
• 5 plus years of experience with full cycle AP processes to include data entry of invoices, working with vendors daily. AP aging’s, AP check runs. Maintaining vendor filers.

• Posting minimum of 100 plus invoices per week.

• ERP Software Platform experience.
