We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused Account Coordinator to join our team. This role will be integral in ensuring smooth communication between customers, internal teams, and external clients while providing vital support in order processing, scheduling, and billing.
Responsibilities:
-Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and fulfillment.
-Create and provide detailed estimates to clients based on their needs and specifications.
-Communicate regularly with customers to address inquiries, provide updates, and resolve issues.
-Coordinate scheduling between customers, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of projects or services.
-Act as the liaison between internal teams and external clients to ensure projects stay on track and meet client expectations.
-Manage and process monthly billing, ensuring that all invoices are accurate and sent out in a timely manner.
-Maintain organized records of customer interactions, orders, and billing details.
-Monitor project timelines and help coordinate resources to meet deadlines.
-Provide administrative support to account managers or other team members as needed.
-Assist with general customer service and project management tasks to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
-Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with a focus on customer service.
-Previous experience in account coordination, project management, or customer service.
-Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic accounting or billing software.
-Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
-Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
-Ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
