Job Description: As an Account Executive you will play a pivotal role within our dynamic sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth by cultivating relationships with both new and existing clients. This is predominantly an inbound, in-house position with occasional travel for industry meetings and sales calls, as well as some business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly and professionally to all inquiries and requests.
• Introduce our company and its capabilities to new accounts by leveraging leads and CRM database.
• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and factories, with support from Account Coordinators and our communications department.
• Ensure completion, accuracy, and timely submission of all client paperwork.
• Act as a liaison between customers and the art department, providing clear instructions and product ideas.
• Communicate our company's capabilities effectively to both new and existing clients.
• Attend and actively participate in business/trade shows as assigned.
• Collaborate with team members, sharing ideas and information for collective success.
• Continuously learn about production techniques, specifications, and industry trends.
• Stay updated on competitors, major customers, and prospects through industry networking and trade journals.
• Fulfill any other duties assigned by management.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in sales or account management role, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
