We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fort Collins, CO. This role is ideal for a friendly and detail-oriented professional who enjoys helping clients with their insurance needs. You will assist with policy inquiries, claims, billing, and general account management while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist clients with policy questions, coverage details, and billing inquiries
-Process policy changes, renewals, and claims support
-Communicate with insurance carriers and underwriters to ensure customer needs are met
-Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
-Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
-Support the team with administrative tasks and follow-ups
Qualifications:
-Previous customer service or insurance industry experience preferred
-Property & Casualty or Life & Health Insurance license (preferred or willing to obtain)
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
-Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude
