This position requires candidates to have an active CA Property & Casualty license. This position entails: • Servicing a Commercial P&C Renewal book of business for our existing clients. • Working within our Agency Management System, EPIC and INDIO to create marketing submissions, proposals, Binders, and Certificate of Insurance to name a few. • Working with clients to answer policy questions, update account changes, assist with premium collections, fielding phone calls, and more. Candidates must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. This position will require a strong work ethic, close attention to detail, and flexibility. To succeed in this position, you must possess strong organizational skills, the ability to work both independently and with a team, and excellent computer skills. Experience using the EPIC system is preferred. The base compensation range is $65,000 - $75,000 per year, dependent on experience. Our incentive structure allows the team to earn a base salary and bonus potential.
