We have an immediate need for an Account Manager in Centennial, Colorado with one of our Aerospace Manufacturing clients. See description below! ERP experience is required for this role. Interviewing ASAP!
Description:
· Manage customer accounts in accordance with the goals of the organization
· Support new programs from Quote to cash
· Compiles list of prospective customers for use as sales leads from all available sources.
· Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships and trust with customer accounts
· Displays and/or demonstrates products emphasizing Interconnect Solutions Company’s capabilities to support customer’s assembly service’s needs.
· Compile customer documentation while working with engineering, manufacturing, and purchasing to ensure all needed information is available to determine the feasibility of fabrication.
· Support efforts to compile materials pricing for quoting and sourcing team.
· Provide customer forecasts to Director and Sales Manager as needed along with any other related Sales reporting
· Work with Sales & Marketing Manager to close all open quotes, documenting reasons which kept customer from booking business with Interconnect Solutions Company.
· Collaborate with Sales Team to identify and grow opportunities within your accounts
· Manage re-quotes of existing business, follow ups on existing business and contract pricing
· Manage Blanket / Kanban order(s), forecast, and material pipeline with the appropriate departments
· Support on time delivery and customer satisfaction through providing open orders and status updates to customers
· Effective internal communication with sales and operation teams
· 40 hours a week at the facility allows participation in all phases of the business if needed.
· Other duties may be assigned when needed.
