We are hiring an account manager to support financial transactions for the fleet / safety department. This role is onsite in Weatherford, TX!

Job Description: Supports Financial transactions for the Fleet / Safety Department. Accountable for lifecycle tracking, management, and fulfillment of all customer equipment requests and call-offs. Accountable for tracking asset locations and accounts across all disciplines across the enterprise to enable accurate billing, higher utilization, and long-range demand planning. Fulfills all customer equipment requests and call-offs. Prepares and maintains extensive spreadsheets, documents, and request trackers on internal systems. Codes and approves all invoices to specific site for payment of fuel, rent, and lease. Works with Risk Management regarding COI’s, equipment loss, or recordable damages. Coordinates with approved vendors to issue purchase order’s and call equipment off and on. Orchestrates 3rd party mobilization / demobilization logistics for equipment movements. Integrates with and provides updates to the Asset Allocation Schedule and Maintenance Planning Schedule to ensure customer requests are fulfilled from appropriate sources. Assists the Operations Manager with weekly equipment utilization by asset report. Budgets control, enhance profitability, contract compliance, problem resolution. Assists the Operations Manager with monthly forecasts for Equipment Department costs and revenue. Monitors the equipment market for new products and changes in supply and demand patterns. ERP experience with a financial / accounting background is preferred.
