Position: Account Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Account Manager to oversee approximately 12 large accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing client relationships, offering new services, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role involves outbound calls to existing accounts (no cold calling) to introduce and process work orders for our new service offerings. The position may require occasional travel to conferences in Los Angeles and Houston (1-3 times a year).
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage roughly 12 large accounts.
Conduct outbound calls to offer new services and process work orders.
Ensure clients are well taken care of and maintain strong professional relationships.
Launch and promote new service offerings to existing accounts.
Meet with clients for outreach and relationship-building.
Travel to conferences in Los Angeles and Houston 1-3 times a year.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in account management or a similar role.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in QuickBooks for tracking and managing accounts.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to travel occasionally for conferences.
Preferably bilingual in Spanish and English (not mandatory but a plus).

Compensation:
This position offers a competitive base salary with commission, bringing the total compensation to $70,000 - $100,000 per year DOE.
