I’m partnering with a well-established insurance agency in Juno Beach seeking an Account Manager with a 220 license and Commercial Lines experience. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with a company known for its amazing culture and long-term employee tenure (10+ years on average!).

Key Responsibilities:
? Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, providing top-tier client service and support.
? Handle policy renewals, endorsements, certificates, and coverage reviews.
? Work closely with underwriters, carriers, and clients to ensure the best coverage solutions.
? Assist with quoting, marketing, and binding policies for new and existing clients.
? Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:
? 220 Insurance License required.
? 3+ years of Commercial Lines experience (agency experience preferred).
? Strong knowledge of insurance coverages, endorsements, and risk management.
? Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client relationship skills.
? Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
