Responsibilities:
Process and manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions.
Review, verify, and reconcile invoices and payments.
Maintain vendor and customer account records.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices and payments.
Prepare financial reports related to AP/AR.
Assist with month-end closing and audits.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED (Associate’s degree in Accounting preferred).
2+ years of experience in AP/AR or a related accounting role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
