We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Professional Accountant to join our team in the distribution and manufacturing industry. As part of our finance team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. Key Responsibilities:
-Manage financial transactions and ensure the accuracy of all accounting entries
-Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, etc.)
-Reconcile accounts, including bank and vendor accounts
-Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
-Perform monthly and year-end closing procedures
-Ensure compliance with tax laws, accounting regulations, and company policies
-Collaborate with other departments to support business operations and financial decision-making
-Provide detailed financial analysis to senior management
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
-Professional accounting certification (CPA, CMA, etc.) is preferred
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in distribution and manufacturing
-Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
-Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, etc.)
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
-Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
-Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude
