Accountant – Construction Industry
Location: Loveland, CO 80538
Contract: Until December 2025
Pay: $75,000+

Are you an experienced Accountant looking to make an impact in the construction industry? We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team on a contract basis.

What You’ll Do:
-Manage financial records, budgets, and reports specific to construction projects.
-Handle accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax filings.
-Prepare project cost analyses and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
-Collaborate with project managers to monitor job costing and profitability.
-Streamline financial processes to support operational efficiency.


What We’re Looking For:
-Proven accounting experience, ideally in construction or related industries.
-Strong knowledge of construction project accounting and job costing.
-Proficiency in [insert relevant software, e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or Procore].
-Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
-CPA designation or equivalent is a plus.
