Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional with experience in the construction industry? Do you have a proven track record of managing accounts receivable and ensuring financial accuracy in a fast-paced environment? Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable Management: Process, track, and reconcile customer invoices, payments, and project-related billings.
Project Financial Oversight: Monitor construction project budgets, costs, and revenue recognition.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including monthly reconciliations and job cost reporting.
Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth financial operations.
Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, company policies, and project-specific requirements.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years of accounting experience in the construction industry.
Accounts Receivable Expertise: Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar platforms).
Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
