We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Assistant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company’s accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing, and maintaining positive vendor relationships. This is a key role that requires excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process and review accounts payable invoices and expense reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Manage and maintain vendor records, including contacting vendors for any clarifications or payment inquiries.
- Assist in month-end closing processes and prepare AP-related reports as needed.
- Process employee expense reimbursements and ensure proper documentation and approvals.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounts payable or finance-related role.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AP best practices.
