Key Responsibilities:
Process payroll and manage the ADP payroll system.
Perform heavy bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all records.
Handle accounts payable, working directly with vendors to resolve any issues.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely processing of payments.
Assist with general accounting duties, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
Utilize Excel for financial reporting, data analysis, and reconciliation tasks.
Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in accounting, with a strong background in payroll processing and ADP experience.
Extensive experience with bank reconciliations.
Excel experience
Strong data entry skills with exceptional accuracy.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with vendors and internal teams.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.
