Job Title: Accounting Specialist (AP/AR Experience)
Are you an experienced accounting professional with a keen eye for detail and a strong background in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable? We are seeking a dedicated Accounting Specialist to join our team and play a vital role in managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting our overall accounting operations.
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Reconcile invoices, statements, and payment records to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting month-end and year-end close processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth financial operations.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounting, specifically in AP and AR roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel proficiency required).
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
