What You’ll Do:
Reporting to the Controller, you’ll handle key accounting responsibilities, including:
Preparing and maintaining financial records, including ledgers, balance sheets, and income statements.
Managing accounts payable, job costing, and reconciliations (bank, credit cards, payroll, and customer accounts).
Processing invoices, new account setups, month-end closings, and bi-weekly payroll via ADP.
Organizing job costing under Sage 100, including daily part usage, PO receiving, and MRP entries.
Supporting annual audits, tax filings, and year-end inventory counts.
Providing consistent and accurate financial reporting and analysis.
What We’re Looking For:
Skills & Expertise:
Knowledge of general financial and job costing accounting principles.
Experience with Sage 100 or similar ERP systems preferred.
Manufacturing job costing experience is a plus!
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Education & Experience:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
