This position offers a hybrid schedule after training and amazing benefits including over 8 weeks time off annually!. Review data and verify accuracy, and identify and resolve discrepancies. Prepare reports for board and care payments and ensure payments are paid accurately and timely. Enter cash receipts and record journal entries. Research and resolve delinquent receivable accounts. Process timesheets for bi-weekly payroll and provide back-up support for other payroll duties. Reconcile GL accounts on a monthly basis. Ideal candidate will have at least four years of accounting experience and ability to perform high volume data entry with a high level of accuracy. Software's used: Excel and Access, experience with Azure highly desirable. Must be tech savvy.
