Client is seeking an Accounting Coordinator who will manage the monthly foster care revenue process, including reviewing placement data for accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and preparing reports for board and care payments to ensure timely, accurate compensation for resource parents. Additional responsibilities include providing customer service for inquiries, entering cash receipts, recording journal entries, resolving delinquent accounts, processing bi-weekly payroll timesheets, and reconciling General Ledger accounts monthly. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of accounting experience, intermediate Excel skills, and the ability to perform high-volume data entry with precision. Strong organizational skills, reliability, flexibility, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential. A positive, team-oriented attitude and comfort working with diverse populations are also key for success in this role.
