This Accounting Manager Position Features: The Accounting Manager is expected to operate independently and is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the proper accounting systems and people to provide accuracy and timelines of accounting information.

The Accounting Manager will report directly to the Controller. Results Statement: Helps to fulfill our mission by working with clarity of purpose, reinforcement of expected results and promotes other-centered attitudes and behaviors needed to foster a service culture consistent with the company’s mission, vision, and values.

Responsibilities: • Payroll o Review payroll entries for coding errors, OT, meal violations • Accounts Payable • Accounts Receivable o Labor billing o Contracted services billing o Equipment billing o Chemical Billing • Management of all Famous Maintenances • Post EFT cash receipts • Budget prep and analysis • Financial statement prep and analysis • Credit, fuel card, cell phone program management • Office contracts • Licenses and filing • Fixed Asset management • Monthly scorecard • Financial analysis as needed • Bachelor’s Degree in Ag Accounting/Grower Accounting • 4-7 years’ experience • 2-3 years management experience in an accounting setting • Ability to communicate with growers and management • Must possess good organizational skills and be cable of prioritizing time and tasks appropriately • Knowledge of relevant computer applications • Confidentiality and trust • Perform other duties as assigned by the needs of the business. • Ability to present oneself with professional appearance and behavior in accordance to Employee Handbook Policies. • Ability to meet all security requirements and/or pass a drug and alcohol test (security sensitive positions only).
