As an Accounting Representative you will be responsible for maintaining accounting records, recording and reconciling payment receipts, and tracking pending and retroactive payments. The position requires interaction with employers to address inquiries, set up new accounts, and provide system access. Additionally, responsibilities encompass month-end closing processes, generating and sending invoices, reconciling discrepancy reports, processing provider payments via wire transfers, and managing remote deposits through banking systems.

Success in this role demands strong analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, bilingual in Spanish, and adept at prioritizing tasks under pressure to meet tight deadlines while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
