Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and complete the monthly revenue process
• Review data, verify accuracy, and identify and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare reports for payments and ensure resources are paid accurately and timely
• Provide customer service for resource inquiries
• Enter cash receipts and record journal entries
• Research and resolve delinquent receivable accounts
• Process timesheets for bi-weekly payroll and provide back-up support for other payroll duties
• Reconcile GL accounts on a monthly basis

Qualifications:
• At least four years of accounting experience in a similar role
• Intermediate Excel skills required
• Ability to perform high volume data entry with a high level of accuracy
• High level of aptitude and excellent organization skills
• Must be reliable, flexible and able to meet deadlines
• Ability to work through and resolve issues
• Possess a positive, professional attitude with a team-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working with diverse populations

Position has the ability to go hybrid after training is completed.
