Seeking experienced Accounting Specialist who is ready for the next step in their career. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include: processes invoices for payment by verifying and completing payable transactions. Completes and maintains accounts payable records. Assists Accounts Payable with various duties. Will also match invoices to purchase orders, entering invoices, handling calls from vendors, researching discrepancies, processing employee expense reports, some journal entry preparation.

Must have recent AP experience in fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and have supervised a staff of 5+ employees.
Strong computer skills- Quick books On line, Sage, SAP, advanced Excel skills a MUST!
